Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Tapsora (a sole proprietorship registered in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India — "we", "us"), covering the Linksora website, apps, pages and physical cards. By creating an account or using a Linksora card, you accept them.

The service

Linksora lets you create public profile pages and open them from physical NFC/QR cards, stickers and standees. Digital pages are free to start; physical products and certain digital upgrades are one-time purchases — no subscriptions. A free page begins with a full-featured trial; afterwards it continues in a simplified free mode — a text-only page with a limited number of links, live forever. Premium features — photos, galleries, full layouts and card codes — return with any one-time purchase; nothing you created is deleted.

Your account & your content

You're responsible for what you publish. Pages are public; publish only what you have the right to share. You keep ownership of your content and grant us the licence needed to host, display and deliver it. Don't use Linksora for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful — including impersonating people or brands. We may pause or suspend pages that break these rules or put other users at risk.

Purchases, shipping & refunds

Prices are shown in INR and paid one-time via UPI. Physical cards are made to order and shipped to you or handed over by a reseller. If a card arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it. Because cards are personalised and pages are digital goods delivered immediately, payments are otherwise non-refundable except where the law requires. Payment verification for UPI transfers can take up to a few hours.

Sellers

Resellers buy page credits and create pages for their customers. Credits are prepaid, non-transferable and refundable only as wallet credit (for example when a just-created page is deleted within the allowed window) — never as cash. Sellers set their own retail prices for physical media and services; the customer relationship is theirs. We may suspend seller accounts that abuse the platform or its customers.

Page ownership & transfer

A page created for you by a seller becomes yours when you accept it with a transfer code. Transfers are final: the page, its cards and its link move to the new owner. A card's printed link is permanent — if you release or lose a card, manage it from your dashboard.

Service & liability

We work to keep Linksora fast and available but provide it "as is", without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content published by users.

Ending things

You can stop using Linksora and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (content licences for served pages, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
