Privacy policy
Last updated 29 July 2026
Linksora is a product of Tapsora (a sole proprietorship registered in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India). We make digital visiting-card pages and the physical NFC/QR cards that open them. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: your page is public because you made it to be shared; almost everything else stays between you and us.
What we collect
Account details. When you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name, email address and profile photo from that provider. If you sign in with your phone number, we store the number. We never see your Google or Apple password.
Your page content. Everything you put on a Linksora page — name, headline, bio, photos, links, socials, location, contact details — is published publicly by design: anyone who taps your card, scans your QR or opens your link can see it. Don't put anything on a page you wouldn't hand to a stranger on a card.
Contacts you save. When you save someone's Linksora card in the app, that contact list is stored on your device and synced to your account so it follows you across devices. It is visible only to you. We do not read your phone's address book.
Payments. Purchases are one-time payments made through UPI. We record the amount, the order reference and the UTR (transaction reference) you submit so we can verify the payment. We never see or store card numbers, bank credentials or UPI PINs — those stay inside your payment app.
Notifications. If you allow notifications, we store a push token for your device so we can send you relevant updates (for example, payment confirmations or a page handed over to you). You can revoke this any time in system settings.
Page analytics. We count views on public pages using a cookieless beacon — no advertising identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no third-party ad networks, ever.
How we use it
To run the service: hosting your pages, resolving card taps, syncing your saved contacts, verifying payments, fulfilling card orders, showing you view counts, and supporting you when something goes wrong. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Google Firebase (Google Cloud, United States region) — our hosting, database, storage and sign-in provider. Push notifications are delivered via Expo and Apple/Google push services. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Physical cards
A Linksora card carries only a link (a URL). If your card is lost, you can mark it lost or re-point its link from your dashboard — the card in someone else's hand stops leading to you. Locked cards cannot be rewritten by anyone.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any page content from your dashboard at any time; changes are live immediately. You can pause a page so it stops being publicly visible.
Deleting some of your data
You don't have to close your Linksora account to remove things.
Delete a page. In the Linksora app, open the page, scroll to the bottom of the editor and choose Delete this page. Or sign in to your dashboard at linksora.tapsora.com/dashboard and use the page's menu. Either way its content, its uploaded photos and its view counts are deleted, the handle is freed, and any printed card pointing at it stops working.
Pause a page from the same dashboard to keep it in your account but take it offline publicly. Clear individual fields — phone, email, address, photos, links, socials — in either the app editor or the dashboard, and save; the public page updates immediately.
Remove a saved contact. In the Linksora app, press and hold the contact in your contacts list and confirm. It is removed from the device and from your account on the next sync.
What we keep after a partial deletion: your account itself (name, email and sign-in), and any tax invoice for a purchase already made — we're legally required to retain those. Nothing else about the deleted item is kept, and there is no waiting period. If you'd prefer we did it for you, or you want data removed that these controls don't reach, write to support@tapsora.com and we'll action it within 30 days.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app: Account → Delete account. It asks you to confirm twice, then permanently removes your pages, your cards, your saved contacts and your sign-in — immediately, with no waiting period. Physical cards pointing at your pages stop working. This cannot be undone.
If you sell Linksora cards and still hold credits, the app will ask you to contact us first so we can settle the balance — write to support@tapsora.com and we'll confirm and delete within 30 days. Either way we keep only the records we're legally required to (invoices for tax), and nothing that identifies you beyond them.
Children
Linksora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we'll note it here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
